WITH ACS COURIER
Choose ACS to pick up the products you bought in 24 to 48 hours. After sending your order, you will receive an order completion and order confirmation e-mail containing the billing number with which your order was sent. By typing this number into the “search queue” field located on the ACS site https://www.acscourier.net you have detailed information on how your order is going.
For purchases below € 300.00, shipping costs start at € 6.00, excluding heavy goods.
For purchases over 300.00 € shipment is free for products up to 6kg.
For purchases of products over 300,00 € and over 6kg, the charge is 6 € plus 1 € per extra kilogram.
For orders up to 300,00 € there is a charge of 3,00 € and the counterfeit is free of charge for orders over 300,00 €. Because shipment increases costs for everyone, it’s best to prefer other ways of paying.
For orders with heavy products (large loudspeakers, keys, drum sets, pianos, consoles, PA speakers, etc.), the charge is negotiated.
ORDER SHIP BY TRANSPORT COMPANY
It is recommended for heavy and bulky items to take advantage of carrier charges. In this case, cash on delivery is not accepted. Payment is made in all other ways available to us. For information on shipping with a carrier, please contact our company’s accounting department.
DELIVERY TIME
The usual delivery process is 24-48 hours. If the product is out of stock or no directly deliverable, then contact the Flexible Services Sales Department for the date of delivery and shipment or change with a similar product.
Which are the ways of ordering?

Fast and direct order through our online store www.audiomarket.bg. Find the product (s) you are interested in and add them to your shopping cart. The system allows you to order without having to join. However, we suggest that you first become a member using your email so that you can keep track of the progress of your order.
ORDER TO OUR STORE

ORDER BY EMAIL

indicating your billing data, delivery, name, and ordering phone number.
.Invoices are issued to companies and freelancers if they fill in the following information upon their order: Name, VAT, telephone, headquarter’s address, occupation.
For invoices issued for areas subject to a reduced VAT rate, the business start certificate must be sent and the goods delivered in the region where the company is located. In all other cases, a retail sales receipt is issued.
